In compliance with Legislative Decree no. 679/2016 (Privacy Code) and subsequent changes, we provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of personal data supplied by you. The information must not be considered valid for other websites that may be consulted through links on the domain owner’s internet websites, which are not to be considered in any way responsible for third party websites.
This is an information that is also provided pursuant to art. 13 of the legislative decree n. 679/2016 – Code regarding the protection of personal data.

The data may be disclosed to third parties belonging to the following categories:
- subjects that provide services for the management of the information system used by Techno Service and telecommunications networks (including e-mail);
- studies or companies in the context of service and consultancy relationships;
- competent authorities for compliance with legal obligations and / or provisions of public bodies, upon request.
The subjects belonging to the aforesaid categories perform the function of Data Processing Manager, or operate in complete autonomy as separate Data Controllers. The list of managers is constantly updated and available at the headquarters in Via Pordenone, 21 – Meda (MB). Any further communication or dissemination will only take place upon your explicit consent.
6. NATURE OF THE DATA PROVISION AND REFUSAL
Apart from what specified above for the surfing data the user is free to provide personal data. The provision of data is optional but necessary. Failure to provide personal data will make it impossible to obtain what is requested or to use the services of the data controller.
7. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

According to the same article, you have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
